Refoam believes in 100% satisfaction of its customers as far as possible, and therefore has a very liberal Cancellation & a 7 Day Returns & Replacement Policy.
How do I cancel an order on refoam.com?
It is strongly recommended that you refer to our size charts when placing an order.
If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please cancel it within 24 hours of placing an order before the shipment is created so that the cancellation can be processed smoothly and a full refund can be initiated.
Refunds will be initiated within 2 working days from the date of cancellation of order or after successful QC of returned product. The Refunds will be returned to the original source of payment for prepaid orders, and any bank account entered for COD orders.
You can initiate the Replacement within 7 days of receiving your package.
You can opt-in for a replacement if you face any size issues within 7 days of receiving the product. Please go to ‘My Orders’ under ‘My Account’ page and submit the request for replacement specifying the reason for replacement. We would process the request and you would get a confirmation on the request raised within 48 hours of raising the Replacement Request.
NOTE: The product has to be in Unused condition with all Tags & packaging intact.
You can raise a Return request within 7 days post receiving the product. We will review and process the request within 48 hours. Post successful verification of the submitted request, we will initiate the pick-up and return.
