At Refoam, we are committed on providing you the best service in all aspects. We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders above Rs 1499. For other orders, a shipping charge of Rs 75 will be applied. Our prices are all-inclusive, and all taxes are included in the listed prices.

Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 days, depending on the geographical location and pin code. 

1. Visit the 'My Orders' section under 'My Account' on our website.
2. Submit a return request, clearly stating the reason for the return.
3. Our team will review and process your request within 48 hours.
4. We charge Rs 100 for return pickup or you can directly courier the product to our warehouse
5. Ensure that the items are repacked in the original packaging.
6. Our courier partner will pick up the original order items within 2 working days.
7. After successful verification of the return, we will issue a refund to the original payment source within 48 hours.
8. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to reflect in your account from the date of the return request.
